With Melodifestivalen's official app, you can vote with your heart - completely free! You can also watch Melodifestivalen content 24/7, catch up backstage and get the latest news from artists and presenters in the Melloflow, take quizzes, guess the results of the competitions, increase your Mellopulse and get fun stuff for your profile and avatar, download and exchange collector's cards and send messages to friends in different groups.
To vote, click or tap the heart in the app to make it grow. A full-sized heart equals a vote. In the live broadcast, the heart in the box shows the engagement of the various viewer groups and how much is being voted at the moment. You can heart vote up to ten times for each entry in the preliminary competitions and in the final. Add friends to see how they have heart voted and tipped.
It is possible to use the app abroad (in some countries). But you can only vote in the app if you are in Sweden.
On March 30, the Sami Melodifestivalen will be broadcast on SVT and new for this year is that you can vote for the competing entries in the Mello app! So in this version, we have temporarily magazineed the 2024 Mello artists and instead focused the spotlight on the twelve artists in the Sami Melodifestivalen.

Two new acts ready for Mello 2024: Melloquiz and Mellopuls!
"I will offer over 1500 questions relating to everything from which spice competed in 1979 to how many times Kiana sang 'where did you go' 2023", greets Melloquiz.
Mellopuls has always dreamed of taking fans to new levels: "My goal is to award lots of points for different things you do in the app, e.g. vote and quiz. The more points you collect, the higher your heart rate will be. Every time you reach a new level, you get new, fun stuff!"
